We stand behind each piece
of art, and our goal is to satisfy our client. This
does not include crating, shipping, and insurance fees,
except in the instances described below. Once you’ve
received your Concept 360 Fine Artwork, look it over
carefully to insure that nothing was damaged in shipping.
If it has been, notify the gallery immediately, and
together we will resolve the issue to the best of our
ability upon a mutual satisfaction. Once the artwork
is received back at the gallery, in its original condition,
you will receive the mutually agreed upon refund. (shipping
not included)
The exceptions made on purchased artwork refunds are
noted below. Namely, for a layaway that holds artwork
from being sold to another party, (especially on one-of-a-kind
works), and for commissioned work. However, in the case
of commissioned work, the non-refundable deposit may
only be refunded, if the art is not specific to the
original client. Concept 360 Fine Art would then be
able to sell the work to someone else. The final decision
to determine the full refund on commissioned work will
be by the owners of Concept 360 Fine Art.
You may purchase existing/available Concept 360 Fine
artworks via a layaway plan. A one-third non-refundable
deposit of the artwork price is required. Monthly payment
amounts after that will be mutually agreed upon. Payments
are interest-free, unless two monthly payments are missed.
At that point 5% interest will be added monthly until
the artwork is paid in full. If four monthly payments
are not paid with the agreed amount including interest,
if applicable, then all monies paid up to date, including
the one-third deposit will be non-refundable. At this
time, the artwork will be available for purchase by
another patron. After the price of the artwork has been
paid in full, as well as any applicable sales taxes,
insurance, and shipping fees, you will receive your
artwork.
