Please be prepared to pay up front 50% of the total fee as a non-refundable deposit. This helps the artist know that you are serious and minimizes the risk for both parties. Final payment is not expected until the commissioned work is completed. To begin the commission process, describe the job desired, bid price, the site, and the deadlines. However, our theory is, quality is more important than a deadline. Information the artist would need, includes whether or not you need the sculptor to supply the base that the sculpture will sit on, (especially for large work), or if you need the painter to frame the completed picture.

The completion of your commission will be agreed upon by the artists and client. .

Terms and Conditions

  • Upon receipt of payment and all necessary files, photos, and instructions, the artist will proceed with your commission.
  • Acrylic paintings will be varnished and cured for at least 7 days before shipment.
  • Sculpture(s) or Painting(s) will be securely packaged, fully insured, and shipped to you ready for display if stone. Paintings will be ready for matting and framing.
  • We will provide a personally signed certificate of authenticity, with dated price for insurance purposes.
  • Turn around time will be a mutual agreement between client and Concept 360 Fine Art.
  • The non-refundable 50% deposit to be paid in full before commissioned art begins.

Before you order a commission

  1. Look at Concept 360 Fine Artwork for stylistic range and capabilities in the various mediums we offer.
  2. Don’t order unless you are certain that we can provide you with what you are looking for.
  3. Artists will not emulate another artist’s style. The artist will work with you to come upon a mutual agreement on image, feel, and accuracy, to make the piece an appealing work of art in its own right.
  4. Color palette can vary, whether it’s a painting or stone.
  5. The non-refundable 50% deposit to be paid in full before commissioned art begins.

After you order a commission

Immediately email or mail the photos and information:

  1. What you have ordered: medium and size, which was agreed upon during your initial consultation.
  2. Your contact information: including name, shipping address (business or residential) and phone number.
  3. A brief description of what you would expect the work of art to look like.
  4. Agreed deadline if applicable.
  5. Attach photo(s) do not compress when attaching. Be sure your image is in focus with the correct coloring, artistic interpretation is based on what you provide.

Payments and Copyrights

There is a non-refundable 50% deposit on all commissioned work. When the artwork has been completed; the balance, taxes and shipping, must be paid in full before shipping artwork to client.

As a work for hire, the client will retain all copyrights to their
commissioned work, but client must allow the artist fair use of the image
for artist’s own promotional purposes.

Artist retains all copyrights to his or her original art.
